THE STORY OF A YOUNG COUPLE WHO DECIDES TO BUY A BOAT AND LIVEABOARD IN SEATTLE.
This might be hard to believe, but things around here have been relatively quiet lately. Nothing has broken, or leaked, or fallen off. School has been keeping me very busy during the week, so on the weekends we've just been relaxing and - gasp! - enjoying life on the boat. More specifically, on the couch, on the boat.

Jessi's a UW graduate student studying marine ecology and Tom is a consultant. In 2004 we bought a 48' wooden motoryacht that we currently moor in Seattle. We're not really sure what we've gotten ourselves into, but feel free to watch us figure it out as we go...
I am a 48' long 1964 McQueen-built, Monk-designed motoryacht. I have 2 staterooms, with v-berths forward, and the master stateroom aft. I have a pilot house on top and a salon below. I'm all wood, and was recently painted white and black!
